看了一下徐律师的信，原来莫虎把Safe harbor letter 发给了法庭与新华社，却没有给徐律师。
如果莫虎再补发，而且说的有道理，则原告方又可以修改状纸，再次循环。

- 不过得出一结论，网上谈兵的“律师”之言万万不能当专家膜BAI，谁知道到底有没有实战经验？具体到打官司完全是另一回事。要说你是非律吧，至少一谷歌还有个贺梅案摆着至少能证明打过的官司，要说哪个ID是律师，还什么案例都谷歌不到，你哪知道有没有什么象样的成功案例，早知道我也注册个ID，号称自己是执业律师，你来分析案子，我来发表算了，保证也能坐神坛，

- 我遇过坏事的律师多了。很多律师如果你让他坐下来考试他可能蛮清楚，一到实际灵活运用就不行了。我曾有个律师在实战中把名字几乎相同的子公司、母公司混为一谈，没有当成不同法人，导致重大挫折，最后得我亲自扭转残局。

- 我到也说不上希望谁赢谁不赢，就是华人间的官司，能不打官司最好。我佩服的是搞造神运动的。

什么莫虎，英明神武，纽约警察局的头子，BLAH，BLAH，莫虎出手。。。。。。。就差没说毛主席伟大，毛主席万寿无疆了。
看来莫虎是人不是神，头脑一发热，Safe harbor letter都没给徐律师。让他的粉丝很失望哦。R37下来帐单数一定要大些，不要让粉丝失望。
