Anna Feron Pierce was the daughter of John Joyce and Eliza Dwight ne'Field Pierce.
Anna was married on 10 May 1849 at Greenfield, Mass. to
Theodore Dehone Judah, the son of Henry Raymond and Mary Jane ne'Reece Judah.
He was born 4 Mar 1825 at Bridgeport, CT and died 2 Nov 1863 in New York, NY.
He was a graduate of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, NY and
worked on the planning and funding for the transcontinental RR. He was an engineer and specialized
in bridges and railroads. His widow was living with her own brother on the 1880 census
not hands on merchant but a passive investor
